Upper floor units feature very nice views of the Bay, City, and North San Diego. Amenities at Acqua Vista include: valet parking, beautiful 8th floor pool deck and recreation area, fitness center, and concierge staff. The limitations of Aqua vista are the high HOA fees due to valet parking. Additionally, Acqua Vista was a condo-conversion, and therefore, appointments and storage may need to be corrected per unit for homeowners.
